C & W Asset Acquisition, LLC v. Feagins​, 439 B.R. 165 (2010). Conducted a special proceeding on behalf of an unsecured creditor that challenged the dischargability of a debt on the basis it was secured by misrepresentation.

​R.L.M. Business Solutions, Inc. v. Procon Fleet Services, LLC​, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 49546 (2012). Vindicated a provider of global positioning satellite services against a prior licensee’ allegations of defamation.

​R.T. Import, Inc. v. Torres​, 2016 Haw. App. LEXIS 452 (2016). Secured and confirmed an arbitration award in favor of wholesalers after a competitor converted a bulk shipment of their merchandise. Matter is currently on appeal.

​Whirlpool Corp. v. CIT Group/Business Credit, Inc.​, 258 F. Supp. 2d 1140 (2003), and 293 F. Supp. 2d 1144 (2003). Defended an investor and owner against fraudulent conspiracy and transfer claims brought by a secured creditor.
