R.L.M. Business Solutions, Inc. v. Procon Fleet Services, LLC, 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 49546 (2012). Vindicated a provider of global positioning satellite services against a prior licensee’ allegations of defamation.
R.T. Import, Inc. v. Torres, 2016 Haw. App. LEXIS 452 (2016). Secured and confirmed an arbitration award in favor of wholesalers after a competitor converted a bulk shipment of their merchandise. Matter is currently on appeal.
